Nice and quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views and great location.
Breakfast: from a hotel like this you expect a better quality of food. Our Scottish breakfast was served swimming in oil. Bathroom: being in a castle hotel does not mean for me that the tap splashes water and flushing the toilet is a one minute exercise. Overall I would highly question the value for the money in this hotel.

History of the house and garden and location on Loch.
It was a bit tired and yesterday. Hot water failure on a cold night. Needs a facelift.

would come again
Our room had a cozy seating area, a huge tv, and a spacious private bathroom with a waterfall shower. The restaurant served a multi-course dinner with local venison that was divine. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly made pastries and a variety of organic juices. The grounds were fine, right by the Beauly Firth!
